As far as beauty in humans is concerned I believe it is present in all races/nations & is rare.Ofcourse even not so good looking people can be beautiful due to their good thoughts,words & actions towards other human beings however we are concerned with physical beauty here.
I believe beauty in humans,animals,trees,plants,flowers,nature & man made objects,etc. boils down to symmetry.What is symmetrical is beautiful.It might be a very simplistic understanding but this has been my experience so far.
